Talk: DevOps processes from inside out: How to "detoxify' an enterprise project?

Many engineers working in outsourcing businesses often use the term “toxic enterprise” to describe a large project in the late stages of development. The issue is that such projects generate the most revenue for their employees and are considered critical for their managers. We will discuss some real-life cases about how good projects start to have signs of becoming “toxic enterprises,” why it happens, and how to arrange DevOps processes to overcome those patterns.
